Dear ,

We hope you’re excited to join King's and to become part of our vibrant student community.

To help you get ready, download the Welcome to King’s app and explore all the Welcome events and activities we have planned for you, including those from your faculty.

Get the app on your phone (iOS/Android) and use the passphrase welcome25 to access the guide. If you don't have a smartphone, you can also access the guide via your web browser.

As well as the Welcome events, the app also has information on the vast range of opportunities and resources available to enhance your time with us. We've shared four of those below. Install the app now or check out the guide online for more details and to explore our full range of services

Connect with your community

University life isn't all about studying! From grabbing a bite to eat, to getting creative. From taking action for climate change, to volunteering; there are lots of ways to have fun, build your network and give back to society with King's and King's College London Students' Union (KCLSU).

Get to know our campuses

Studying in London is a unique experience. There is an unrivalled number of things to see and do, but knowing how to get around can take time. See the 'Our Campuses' section on the app for maps, tours and campus trails, information about campus safety, libraries and accessibility, plus a glossary to help decode room names.

Staying up to date with all things King's

We hope you find the Welcome to King's app useful. As this app is only used during Welcome, download the King's Student app now. This gives you access to everything practical you need in one place, like your timetable, email and Student Records, alongside pages about key aspects of university life and support available throughout your time with us. You can also set up groups to connect with other students. Download for iOS and Android or get access via your web browser.

Think you've missed an email from us? We're compiling all the Welcome emails we send to you on Student Services Online.

You can also keep up to date with the Student news webpages and, if you're a taught student, our fortnightly newsletter sharing updates, events and opportunities will be sent directly to your student inbox. Look out for your first edition coming soon.
