Welcome to the first bulletin of the new academic year. The transition from summer to autumn is a great time to reassess, re-set and re-boot and no better moment to put the focus back on our health and wellbeing.
Studies, publications and exhibitions featured this month deepen our understanding of the impact of creativity on health and wellbeing, from a study exploring the impact of music on young people with autism, to two SHAPER programme publications, as well as an exhibition at Science Gallery London and the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Arts, Gateshead.
Our bulletin is circulated both within and beyond King’s, and we’d love to hear more about your work in creative health. Please continue to send us your news about events and opportunities. You can email us at: creativehealth@kcl.ac.uk.
